Ms. Hava Karrie
Director
Ms. Karrie is a social worker by profession. Before joining MCTC in 1982, Ms. Karrie lectured at the Haifa University in the field of community organization at the school of social work. In addition, she worked as project director for community renewal projects in the office of the Deputy Prime Minister. Since joining MCTC, Ms. Karrie has been developing and leading programs consultancies in Israel and abroad in areas of community development and women’s empowerment. She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies in Human Resource Management.

Ms. Shachar Re'em
Deputy Director
Born and raised in Israel, I obtained a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from the Université Paul Valéry, Montpellier III, France, and an MA in Anthropology from Brandeis University, Waltham, MA, USA. I worked in Israel and India in the field of community development and am a New Israel Fund Social Justice Fellow of LIFE (Leadership and International Fellowship Experience). I lecture on cultural anthropology, gender, and leadership, and have been working at MCTC Since 2011 as director of courses and programs on topics related to Community Development, Gender, and the Environment, in English and French. I lead international projects and consultancies in the fields of leadership development, sustainable community development, and women’s entrepreneurship. I am currently in the process of completing my doctoral studies in Cultural Anthropology and International Development.

Ms. Rosa Franco-Alhadeff
Director of ECE Courses in Spanish
I began working at MCTC in 2008 as Coordinator of Early Childhood Education Courses in English and Spanish. As of 2013 I am the Director of ECE Courses in Spanish, working with education professionals from Latin America and the Caribbean. I have a master’s degree in Special Education, and for 27 years, prior to coming to Israel, I was the Principal of a private school (pre-school, elementary, and high school) in Lima, Peru. I’m happy to be working in the field I specialized in, sharing my knowledge with the younger generation of educators in Spanish speaking countries.

Ms. Anna Andrachnik
Course Director on Community Services & Development in Russian & English; Librarian
Joining MCTC in 2002 with a master's degree in Information Science from Bar Ilan University, I couldn't imagine that some time after my arrival I would become a member of the training staff. I am fluent in Russian, English, and Hebrew, and in addition to my day to day tasks, I am responsible for the Center's computers. Naturally, I love books, but I am also a nature lover and an ardent music fan.

Ms. Nuria Levy
Director of Courses on Innovation and Entrepreneurship
I joined MCTC in March 2015 as Director of Courses on Entrepreneurship and Innovation in English and Spanish. The training programs focus on such subjects as income generation, economic empowerment of women, organization and management of microenterprises, agribusiness, and innovative entrepreneurship, amongst others. I started my career in Import/Export after completing a Diploma in International Commerce in Spain, but soon moved into law and qualified as a lawyer in London. After that time I joined a Telecommunications Company in Scotland, where I worked until moving to Israel. I am a proud mother of one, love painting and reading in my spare time, love all kinds of music, but I am crazy for “The Killers”.Email: Nuria@mctc.org.il
Ms. Katerina Rudenko
Director of Courses on Entrepreneurship in Russian and English
I joined MCTC in 2015 as Director of Courses on Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Russian and English. I came to Israel in 1995 in the NA’ALE 16 project and finished my military service in 1999. I have a Diploma in Organizational development & Change, a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology, and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management, specializing in Social and Business Entrepreneurship. Throughout the years I have trained many groups in the fields of creativity, organizational sociology (a governmental project), and alternative assessment for teachers.

Ms. Liron Maskit
Course Director
I am joining MCTC after having worked for the Haifa-Boston Connection (HBC), where I was a VIP missions’ coordinator. Prior to HBC, I worked as an event planner, organizing major events (such as the Nike Night Run). I have a BA in Communication from the Jezreel Valley College and an MA in Children and Youth Culture Research from Tel-Aviv University. I live in Haifa (and love Haifa!!) with my husband and my twin girls. When not working, I love to travel and spend time with my family. Ms. Rana Nahhas Suidan
Course Director
I began working at MCTC in 2017 and I work on organizing training programs in a number of topics in community development and entrepreneurship. I am in charge of the regional and international courses on the topic of Health in Arabic and in English. I have a Bachelor's degree in Law from Haifa University and Previous to my work at MCTC I practiced Tort law, represented insurance companies in court and worked for 3 years in the legal department at Harel insurance company.

Mr. Oleg Skotinianski
Bookkeeper and Payroll Accountant
I immigrated to Israel in 1995, completing my high school studies and military service. I have a Practical Engineer's Diploma in in the field of medical engineering and medical equipment. Later on I finished studies in bookkeeping and payroll accountancy. In my spare time I enjoy sports, nature, and board games.

Ms. Smadar Kazaz
Executive Secretary
I started working at MCTC 35 years ago, and am a mother of two (son and daughter) and have one grandchild. I had the privilege of working under the Center's first director, the late Ms. Mina Ben-Zvi, who was a very powerful woman. She taught me that after giving birth, a woman must continue working and be independent, and strongly advised me not to sit idly at home.

Ms. Marta Ben Yitzhak
Housemother
I immigrated to Israel in 1980 from Argentina, where I was head of a Co-op. I joined MCTC in 2000 as housemother, and I love my job: I welcome all participants as if they were my very own children, and I'd like to think they see me not only as housemother, but also as a mother.

Ms. Shani Palzur
Social & cultural Coordinator
Born and raised in Haifa, I loved traveling and was a competitive athlete in various sports. I lived the life of a dive instructor around the globe, until coming to the decided to come back home for my Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and History while working as a tour guide in Jerusalem. After graduated I was working for 3+ years in Haifa Municipality Sport’s Authority in organizing big sport’s event (World Sailing Competition etc.) and couldn't be more thrilled when I got the chance to join MCTC this year!Email: Shani@mctc.org.il
